They’re a few years old now, but I’ve always loved these minimalist ads for Hot Wheels (they’re the little toy cars similar to the ones made by Matchbox). The household props do a great job of making us imagine the play scene that just took place.
Ad junkies will recognize Tim Piper and Mike Kirkland as the team that was also responsible for the Dove Evolution video, which took YouTube (and Cannes) by storm.
